Intercultural Understanding

The Foundation supports initiatives that promote respectful, tolerant coexistence. It supports organisations and projects that strengthen dialogue between different social, religious and cultural groups. In this context, the Foundation is also active in the fields of education and knowledge transfer.
Funding is provided to organisations based in Switzerland, as well as in selected countries in Europe and the Middle East.

Climate and Environment

The Foundation supports the development of innovative technologies and forward-looking solutions in the field of climate and environmental protection. It also funds research programmes and visionary approaches, projects and organisations in this sector. Funding is provided to organisations based in Switzerland.

Media Literacy

The Foundation promotes media literacy and critical thinking to identify misinformation and strengthen an informed, resilient society. It supports educational and research programmes, technological solutions for verification of information, as well as projects and organisations actively combating disinformation. Funding is provided to organisations based in Switzerland, as well as in selected countries in Europe.
